“At the core of NO BRAINER is an inquiry into our relationship with machines that act intelligently but don’t truly “think” like we do. How is it that No Brainer entities might displace us from the top tier of the pyramid we’ve proudly occupied for hundreds of thousands of years?

As we’re scrutinizing the battle between humans and AI’s capacities, we may overlook the fact that new technologies always act as catalysts, starting profound shifts in our self-perception. The impact of AI on our lives lies not in its potential but in its limits. We progress through what is denied to us as our ethic works in opposition, through the tension of contradiction.

With No Brainer, Encore is developing an ever-expanding, collectible, and entertaining planetary ecosystem that serves as a research platform that manifests their belief that art must be reimagined through the evolution of its format; ultimately exploring new ways for art to reach its full potential.”
